For all lost property enquiries, please email email@example.com. Include a detailed description of what you have lost and when. Please note that weekends are incredibly busy, so lost property requests are handled at the start of each week. If you require a quick response, we recommend coming down to the venue in the early evening to ask the staff onsite.

We don’t have a strict dress code at any of our venues, just no flip flops or full sportswear please.
Our happy hour runs Monday to Friday from open ‘til 8pm and on Saturdays from 2pm ‘til 6pm, with 2-4-1 on the same cocktail or half price on selected glasses of wine. The offer includes all cocktails from our menu.
Safe Space Policy
We are fully committed to providing a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all our visitors and actively champion equal opportunities and diversity. If another customer is believed to be behaving in such a way as to make others feel uncomfortable, the Duty Manager will investigate with the crowd control team and take appropriate action, removing the person concerned from the venue if necessary. If a member of staff or contractor is believed to be behaving in any way that makes someone feel uncomfortable, the Duty Manager will remove him/her from duty until the matter has been investigated and resolved.

Our venues operate a strict over 18s policy, so it is highly recommended you bring a valid form of photo ID. Failure to show ID when requested will result in refused entry.
